1. Using the service
You may use enThriven CRM only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account, your team members, and any activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. If you create accounts for others in your organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Subscription, billing, and changes
If enThriven CRM offers paid plans, fees, billing terms, trial periods, and renewal details will be presented at the time of purchase or in a separate order form. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
We may change pricing, packaging, or features from time to time. Material changes to paid plans will apply prospectively and, where appropriate, after reasonable notice.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data, content, and materials you or your users submit to the service. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and integrity of your customer data, including making any required notices or obtaining any required consents from your own customers, prospects, or users.
5. Integrations and third-party services
The service may integrate with third-party products such as Google Calendar or email providers. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, security, or handling of data once it leaves our systems at your direction.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep enThriven CRM available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, outages, or issues outside our control may affect service availability from time to time.
7. Intellectual property
enThriven CRM, including its software, design, branding, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription or authorized access period.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
11. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms of Service, contact the enThriven CRM team using the support channel or contact method provided in your account or on the website.
